This exhaust fan with recessed light is a practical decorating solution for any room in the house. High-efficiency centrifugal fan delivers 70 CFM, HVI certified 2.0 sones. Trim matched to designs of major recessed light manufacturers. Multiple units can easily be used in larger rooms. Uses one 75W bulb. Type IC, airtight housing. 7-1/8" high housing appropriate for new construction and 2" x 8" ceiling joists. 4" round duct connector. Optional wall control switches available.
